How Physio Works

  • Physiotherapy focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions. It is a non-invasive and drug-free approach that utilises manual therapies, therapeutic exercise, and other modalities to promote mobility, alleviate pain, get strong and restore function!

  • In an initial consultation, you and your Physiotherapist will work collaboratively to uncover the source, cause and timeframe of your pain and/or injury. Not only that, we’ll comprehensively assess your strength, mobility and function to identify the best plan of action so you can recover as fast as possible.

    We’ll then work to alleviate pain using a hands-on approach and develop a targeted exercise program to get you as close as possible to your goals!

  • 1) Pain Management

    We work with you to identify the cause and source of your pain, then develop a plan to overcome it.

    2) Improve Mobility & Strength

    We create programs to address your mobility and strength deficits so you can …

    3) Prevent Re-Injury or Injury

    We don’t want you to come back forever. That’s why we’ll ensure your action plan reduces your chance of re-injury and further pain

    4) Recover Post Surgery

    Just had a knee replacement or rotator cuff repair? Let us work with your surgeon and doctor to get back to your pre-surgical baseline (and beyond!)
