Movement matters. With attention to detail & a comprehensive understanding of the biomechanics of the human body, Sam employs an active approach to help you heal through movement.
Sam is the founder of Top End Health Project and Evidence Based Rehab which has both an online arm specialising in the rehabilitation of knee injuries as well as his in-person clinic in Darwin. He runs a small team of 3 for the online knee rehabilitation program which has overseen more than 600 successful knee comeback stories.
With a heavy focus on goal setting and attainment, Sam will collaborate with you to come up with a bespoke rehabilitation plan tailored to your every need.
Sam has helped many people of different walks of life navigate from injury to recovery to peak performance. Sam currently works online and in-person and has helped many professional athletes including those from the Darwin Salties basketball team, Tasmanian Jack Jumpers NBL, PINT football club and Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc. He has a strong interest in ankle, knee and chronic back pain, having suffered these conditions himself previously.
Outside the clinic, Sam loves getting outdoors including running, hiking, travelling, playing basketball, football and everything in between, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Caitlyn is the friendly face (and voice) behind Top End Health Project - the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly. With a background in healthcare administration and a genuine passion for helping people feel supported, Caitlyn is the engine behind the experience!
From managing bookings and navigating paperwork to making sure every client feels seen, heard, and valued - she brings order, empathy, and a personal touch to everything she does.
Her attention to detail and calm, caring nature make the entire recovery process feel more human - because at Top End Health Project it’s not just about getting stronger; it’s about feeling looked after along the way.
When she’s not juggling schedules or brightening someone’s day you’ll find Caitlyn enjoying climbing, hanging out with her baby Ruby or enjoying a good book and a strong coffee.
