How Does It Work?

Step 1: Book An Initial Consult

Complete an initial consultation with your Physiotherapist to understand where you’re at in the rehab journey.

Step 2: Complete outcome measures & assessments after your consult

We’ll have an initial call to ask some more in-depth questions about your pain/injury and prognosis, we’ll then get you setup in-app and write your program

Step 3: Complete Your Program

You’ll complete a weekly session with your Physiotherapist and be able to contact them on weekdays for the the length of the program. You’ll have a tailored program focussing on strength, biomechanics, activation, mobility, plyometrics and more that can be completed at home or the gym.

At the end of the program, you’ll be feeling even better than before!
