1) The TEHP Community (same or next-day support)
As soon as you join, you’re added to our private community, where you can ask questions about symptoms, flare-ups, training, progression changes, gym setup, running form - anything.
Our team of tendon rehab specialists responds same or next business day, so you’re never stuck guessing what to do or how to adjust your training.
2) Multiple Weekly Advisory Calls
This is where most of the magic happens.
We offer regular Zoom calls every week where you can:
Share your screen or video and get live feedback on your technique
Go through your rehab program and we’ll adjust it in real time
Review pain patterns, flare-ups, load tolerance and progressions
Ask questions about running, jumping, gym training, or return-to-sport
Get help modifying exercises if you’re travelling, injured elsewhere, or busy

Most clients use the calls heavily early on (and we encourage you to), then drop in as needed when they’re confident and progressing well.

We run coaching calls every week, and because of that, each call stays small and personal.
Most sessions have around 4–7 people, which means you get plenty of time to ask questions, show movements, get feedback, and have your program adjusted live!We also theme the calls so you’re always in the right room with people working on similar issues. For example:

This means even if someone jumps in before you, their question is often exactly what you need to hear and you end up getting your issue solved twice before your turn even comes up.

Provides better outcomes due to the better accountability and high level support
Is actually evidence-based. If massage, injections and your general Physio stuff was working, you probably wouldn’t be reading this.
